2. Description of Service
SIDE INDEXER is a Chrome extension that provides:
- Real-time table of contents generation for AI conversations
- Text highlighting with cloud synchronization
- Universal search across conversation content
- Cross-device synchronization of user data
3. User Obligations
You agree to use SIDE INDEXER only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use the service to violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, or interfere with the operation of the service.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of SIDE INDEXER, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and icons, are owned by DolphinInCali and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our service without explicit permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
SIDE INDEXER is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. In no event shall DolphinInCali be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to SIDE INDEXER at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may also terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of the service and deleting your account.
